The Mission of the National Association of REALTORS® YPN is to help young real estate professionals excel in their careers by giving them the tools & encouragement to become involved in four core areas:
1. REALTOR® Associations – Attend REALTOR® conferences and pursue leadership roles with their local, state, and national associations.
2. The Real Estate Industry – Take an active role in policy discussions and advocacy issues; be informed about the latest industry news and trends.
3. Peer Networking – Network and learn from one another by attending events, participating in online communication, and seeking out mentoring opportunities.
4. Community Outreach – Become exceptional members of their community by demonstrating a high level of REALTOR® professionalism and volunteering for causes they feel passionate about.

The Merced County, CA, YPN supports the community by promoting:
- The Merced County Association of REALTORS® Scholarship Program at UC Merced.
- The Merced County Association of REALTORS® Charitable Foundation’s Housing Affordability Fund’s Annual Golf Tournament. The Housing Affordability Fund benefits first-time homebuyers through their down payment assistance program.
- The Merced County Association of REALTORS® Charitable Foundation’s Auctions to help feed the needy in Merced County.
