The Merced County Association of REALTORS® was recognized by the National Association of REALTORS® in 2012, for achieving benchmarks and engaging members at a high level with Commercial Service in their Association.
The Commercial Services Accreditation is a prestigious recognition program, acknowledging local and state REALTOR® Associations for their commitment to providing commercial services to membership, engaging commercial members within the Association, and developing the Association as a voice and resource for commercial real estate in the local market.
The Commercial Committee was formed to provide benefits specifically developed for members of the Merced County Association of REALTORS® who specialize in commercial properties. If you would like to become a member of the committee, please contact the Association office at 209-725-2165.
Commercial Connections, previously RCA Report, is published four times annually and distributed to members of the National Association of REALTORS® and commercial real estate industry leaders. To receive the newsletter, update your NRDS information to include commercial interests in the "Field of Business List."
